Thank you for Choosing Dream Design Décor for your Event needs. We are very excited to be part of your event. please read the following carefully. Do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns.
Cancellations are nonrefundable 3 days prior to your event. 7 days prior a 50% charge will incur.
To hold the reservation please leave a cash deposit for a quicker return. If paying by card, please allow 3-5 business days for the deposit to be returned.
Items must be returned within 2 business days, and a penalty fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged. deposit expires after 7 days.
Any items that are damaged or broken will incur a cost of your deposit.
Any last-minute changes will be subjected to an additional cost, we cannot guarantee any last min changes. *When picking up the items, please be patient. call before to schedule a time for quicker service.
